Uruguayan Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups canned fava beans or 3 cups kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
    3/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently.
