Ingredients

2 cucumbers (peeled & thinly sliced)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (Tapatio)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar, from jalapeno jar (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Let pickle for about 1-2 hours (but why wait?).
