South Beach Broccoli Apple Walnut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 -2 cup broccoli coleslaw mix
1 apple, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 -3 tablespoons low-fat blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese
Preparation

Mix all above ingredients together. Serve immediately.
(Sometimes I add cubed chicken breast).
