Slow Cooker Low Carb Taco Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef round, - 85/15 cooked
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon steak seasoning
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
    1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    place ground beef and water in crock pot set to high for 2 hours.
    Reduce heat to low, add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 3 hours.
    Return heat to high, combine Xanthan Gum and 1/4 cup water, mix well, stir into meat mixture and cook for an hour or till thickened.
