Chai Irooni - Aromatic Persian Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon ceylon earl grey tea (with Bergamot Oil)
    6 ounces near boiling water
    2 teaspoons heavy cream
    honey (optional)
Preparation
    Place tea in a tea ball or sachet and infuse with water,.
    Allow to steep for 5 minutes or so.
    Add cream and sweeten if desired with honey.
