Huli Huli Chicken Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons sugar
1 cup kikkoman soy sauce shoyu
1 piece ginger, crushed
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation

Marinate one hour, do not marinade overnight (it will be overpowering).
Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Baste every 20 minutes.
