Ingredients

1 cup romaine lettuce hearts, ribs removed
1 cup butter lettuce, ribs removed
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup watercress
1 gala apples, diced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/8 cup glazed walnuts
1/8 cup dried cranberries, for salad
equal parts hidden valley ranch and simply dressed blue cheese dressing
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
Preparation

Wash and rip lettuce, cress, cilantro and green onion, set aside in bowl.
add diced avocado, apple and sliced cucumber.
throw in the walnut pieces and cranberries.
salt and pepper to taste.
add dressings and toss.
Enjoy.
