Sharp Cheddar Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, and cubed
    1 cup mayonnaise (no substitutions)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together.
    Transfer mixture to an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes.
