Chocolate Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
    1/4 cup corn syrup
    1/4 cup icing sugar
    1/4 cup Malibu rum
    2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
    1 cup finely chopped pecans
    1 cup coconut
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate on the stove, mix in remaining ingredients except coconut.
    I find it easier to roll after it sits in the fridge overnight.
    Roll into balls, size of your choice, and roll in fine ground Coconut.
    Store in freezer.
