Apple Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 ounces white rum
    2/3 ounce apple Schnapps
    1 ounce coconut cream
    2 1/3 ounces apple juice
    1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
    Garnish
    1/2 apple, peeled
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 10sec.
    Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend again until smooth.
    pour into colada glass.
    Garnish with a wedge of apple in a fan shape, and a maraschino cherry on a coctail stick. Serve with a straw.
