Cajun Fireballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 cup tomato juice
    2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup minced onion
    oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add egg, juice and pepper.
    Stir in onions.
    Drop by teaspoonsful into hot (350F) oil.
    Fry approx.
    5 minutes.
    Drain well on paper towels.
