Cheddar Basil Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cheddar Basil Biscuits
    2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    2/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil (rubbed between the palms of your hands to release flavor)
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Biscuits: Combine Bisquick, milk, cheddar cheese and basil, beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds.
    Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Smooth tops down with spoon.
    Bake in 450-degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
    While the biscuits are still on the cookie sheet, combine butter and garlic powder and pour over hot biscuits.
    Serve.
