Arrowroot Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    85 g butter
    55 g icing sugar
    1 egg yolk
    3 drops vanilla
    85 g flour
    90 g arrowroot
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 175 degrees centigrade.
    Grease a biscuit tray
    Cream the butter and icing sugar well, add egg yolk and vanilla.
    Mix in the sifted flour and arrowroot.
    Turn out onto a floured board and knead lightly.
    Roll out and cut into rounds.
    Place on greased tray and bake in preheated 175 degrees Celsius oven for 20 minutes.
