Golden Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef (15 % fat)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (6 ounce) box herb stuffing mix
    1 cup quick-cooking long grain and wild rice mix
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
    mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Combine the beef, egg, stuffing mix, and rice in a large bowl. Mix until just comes together.
    Divide into 12 equal parts, and form large meatballs. Place meatballs in 12x9\" baking pan.
    Pour undiluted soup over the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serve meatballs and gravy with mashed potatoes.
