2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Preparation

Place salmon fillets on an oiled baking sheet.
Spread dijon mustard generously over the tops of the fillets.
Top with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the filllets.
Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli.
