No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs stew meat
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    8 carrots, cut
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 slice dry bread, crumbled
    1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    3 tablespoons instant tapioca pudding mix
Preparation
    Mix all and put in a large casserole dish or Dutch oven.
    Cover slightly.
    Bake at 250 for 5 hours.
    DO NOT UNCOVER!
