Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups butter
    1/2 cup cocoa, divided
    1 cup water
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    CAKE: Melt 1 cup of the butter.
    Stir in 1/4 cup of the cocoa.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Boil, then remove from heat.
    In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add the chocolate mixture and beat well.
    Stir in 1/3 cup of the condensed milk, the eggs and the vanilla.
    Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    FROSTING: Melt the remaining 1/4 cup butter, the remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and remaining condensed milk.
    Stir in powdered sugar and nuts.
    Spread onto warm cake.
