Apple Spice Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 ounce) package spice cake mix
    3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
    1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
    1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
    2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    Stir in apples.
    Pour batter into well-greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
    In medium bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND(R) and sour cream; mix well.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Remove cake from oven; spread sour cream mixture evenly over hot cake.
    Return to oven, bake 5 minutes or until set.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
    Cool. Chill. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
