Spring Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs new potatoes
    1/4 cup sliced scallion
    1/4 chopped parsley
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Cook new potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 15-20 minutes.
    Peel .
    Toss warm potatoes with scallions.
    Combine olive oil with rest of ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes and toss.
    Serve warm.
