Greek Rub For Grilled Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup coarse salt
1/3 cup cracked black peppercorns
1/3 cup coarsely crumbled Greek oregano
2 tablespoons dried dill
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir to mix.
The spices should be coated with oil but they should not stick together.
This will keep for up to 6 months if stored in an airtight jar away from light or heat.
