Southeast Asian Pineapple Sesame Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
1 tablespoon light miso
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week.
