Ginger Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup scallion, minced (green onions)
    1/2 cup peanut oil
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
    1 tablespoon celery, minced
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    4 teaspoons soy sauce (I prefer low-sodium)
    2 teaspoons sugar
    3 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
