Ingredients

8 mint leaves, plus a sprig to decorate
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
2 ounces golden rum
ice
1 ounce apple juice
red apple, slices to decorate
Preparation

Muddle the mint leaves, lime, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum and shake well.
Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and top up with apple juice.
Decorate with a mint sprig and apple slices.
