Squash, Pepper And Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium summer squash, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    1/2 cup celery, sliced
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/3 cup salad oil
    2/3 cup cider vinegar
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Stir together first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix rest of ingredients, stir well and pour over vegetables. Allow at least 8 hours to meld.
    Will keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for 10 days.
