Oatmeal Cornflake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
    1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; stir in oats and cornflakes. Set aside.
    Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla, then oil. Mix well.
    Add flour mixture; mix well.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
