Crustless Spinach & Havarti Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    2 ounces havarti cheese, grated
    2 green onions, sliced
    10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Whip eggs with a fork until just mixed.
    Add green onion, cottage cheese and havarti, mix well.
    Add spinach and stir to break up chunks, mixing thoroughly and distributing throughout.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes and let cool.
