Cincinnati Chili Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    5 bay leaves
    40 whole allspice
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove
    1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon red pepper
    1/4 cup chili powder
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 quart water
Preparation
    Brown and drain the beef.
    Place spices in a tea bag or tea ball.
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours or cook in a pressure cooker 1 hour.
    Serve over hot dogs with onions and cheddar cheese.
