Round Steak Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 - 2 lbs beef round steak, trimmed and cut into thin strips
    3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
    3 tablespoons chili sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
    1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups sour cream
    hot cooked egg noodles
    minced fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
    Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
    Ina a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Brown half the beef at a time; remove.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until tender.
    Return beef to the pan.
    Add broth, chili sauce, mustard, and mushrooms; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
    Stir in sour cream; heat gently but do not boil.
    Serve immediately over noodles.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
