Easy Spaghetti Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces spaghetti
    1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break the pasta up.
    Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
    Coat a 9 inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
    Pour 1/2 the cooked pasta mixture into pan.
    Cover pasta with 1/2 the spaghetti sauce.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and 1/2 the other cheeses.
    Add to first layer.
    Add remaining pasta,then spaghetti sauce and top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Tip:
    This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
    You can double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
