Substitute Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brazil nut, soaked overnight
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon celtic salt
    1/8 teaspoon celtic salt
Preparation
    Combine nuts, lemon juice, and Celtic salt in a food processor and process until light and creamy, about 3 or 4 minutes.
