Ravioli With Spicy Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    olive oil
    salt
    1 packed cheese ravioli (16-18 oz)
    3/4 cup pitted green olives, halved
    1/4 cup reserved pasta water
Preparation
    Cook ravioli according to packaged directions.
    In a large skillet, cook the cauliflower, garlic and red pepper flakes in oil over medium heat until the cauliflower is tender and brown, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt.
    Mix in the ravioli, olives, and pasta water.
