Kiwi & Nectarine Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 kiwi fruits, peeled & mashed
    6 nectarines, peeled, pip removed & mashed
    1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup pineapple juice, approx (just under 1/2 cup)
    1 apple, unpeeled & halved
    2 cups white sugar
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine kiwi & nectarines, pineapple juice, lemon juice and apple.
    Bring to a boil and then add the sugar; stir to dissolve.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove apples, pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
