Perogies Casserole Ii With Smoked Sausage For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potato & cheese pierogies, cooked
12 ounces your favoite smoked spicy sausage, cut in bite size pieces or make it meatless
3/4 cup raw cauliflower or 3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup raw carrot, sliced
1 cup raw mushrooms, sliced or (1 ounce) can drained sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons hot sauce, to taste (I use Denzil's Peaches & Scream)
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup or (10 ounce) can tomato noodle soup
salt, to taste
pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Cook your Perogies according to instructions.
Usually about 5 minutes in salted boiling water.
Chop your onion, slice the mushrooms, slice the carrots& cut any other veggies into bite size pieces.
Lightly grease a 9\"x9\" baking dish.
Place the sausage& veggies in the dish.
Place perogies on top, mix the hot sauce with the soup, spoon over the top making sure that each perogy is covered.
Lightly cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil, top with cheese reurn to oven uncovered for a further 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve.
