Ingredients
    4 ounces grated tasty cheddar cheese
    2 ounces unsalted butter
    1/4 cup whole milk
    1 tablespoon cornflour
    fresh ground pepper
    salt
    1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped finely

Preparation
