The Easiest Chocolate Cake You Will Ever Make - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter, shortening will work, but butter is better
    1 cup strong coffee, water if you don't like coffee
    6 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
    In a small saucepan melt together butter, coffee and cocoa over low heat and blend until smooth, set aside.
    In a glass measure mix together buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until blended, set aside.
    Take the chocolate mixture and blend it with your dry ingredients until incorporated. Once chocolate mixture is blended then mix in buttermilk mixture until smooth. Pour into a prepared (greased and floured) 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350F degrees. Cool on wire racks. Frost when cooled if desired.
