Onion-Mushroom Crock Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
0.5 (2 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients in a crock pot.
Cook all day.
Serve over white rice.
