Kona Mac Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce Kahlua
    1 ounce kahana macadamia nut liqueur
    1 ounce half-and-half
    ice
    3 tablespoons whipped cream
    1 teaspoon ground macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Fill blender with ice to 1/3 full.
    Add ingredients and blend until creamy.
    Pour into a tall glass to 1/4-inch from the top.
    Add whipped cream, and sprinkle with ground macadamia nuts.
