12 12 ounces marinated mussels, cooked (optional) or 12 ounces blackened chicken (optional)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
14 inches prepared pizza crust
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
14 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Crumble tofu, if using, in a large bowl or add seafood; add oil and spices; mix well and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; cover generously with sauce; top with tofu, seafood or chicken, peppers and cheese.
Bake at 450F for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and toppings are well heated.
