Creole Blackening Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup dried thyme
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg
Preparation

Store in Airthight Container.
Rub well on both sides of meat of choice.
Cook as desired.
