Olive Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup finely chopped pitted olive (green, kalamata, etc.)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well before using.
