Carrot Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 1/2 cups shredded carrots
4 eggs
1 cup oil
Preparation

Add rest and bake for one hour at 325 degrees F.
