1 large Coleslaw, shredded salad package
1 -2 large boneless chicken breast, cooked, cubed
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 -2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
12 -15 tostadas
Preparation

In large bowl combine all the ingredients, mix well. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes. Serve as a salad or on top of tostadas.
