Smoked Sausage And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage
2 large apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
Preparation

Cut sausage into 2 inch pieces.
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and mix well.
Cover, and cook on low 1-3 hours, or until heated through and until apples are as tender as you like them.
