Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can canned clams, drained and minced (reserve juice)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 cup cheese, grated
1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in a sauce pan with the butter till soft.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir till cheese is melted.
Stir in clam juice to reach desired consistency.
