James Bond Cocktail - cooking recipe

3/4 - 1 ounce vodka
2 -3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon sugar
4 ounces champagne
Preparation

Saturate a sugar cube or teaspoon of sugar in a champagne flute with angostura bitters.
Add vodka, fill with champagne, and serve.
