Balinese Prawns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and cooked
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek (chile garlic sauce)
3 green onions, finely chopped
6 large basil leaves, finely chopped
2 avocados, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
Preparation

In a blender, combine ketchup, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, sambal ulek, green onions and basil leaves. Puree until well blended.
Pour into mixing bowl and add shrimp. Stir well to coat. Cover and chill.
Spoon shrimp cocktail into cold avocado halves. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve well chilled.
