Red Cabbage Touched With Asian Flavors - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 cup olive oil
    12 ounces thinly sliced red cabbage
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/2 - 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    1/2 cup mirin, sweet cooking seasoning
    Garnish
    1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
    1 scallion, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil add cabbage garlic, pepper, onion, stir fry 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook a couple more minutes.
    Garnish with seeds and acallions.
