Crisp Tofu & Leek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg firm tofu
    100 g leeks, thinly sliced
    30 ml sesame oil
    30 ml fresh lime juice
    30 ml gluten-free soy sauce
    30 ml honey or 30 ml maple syrup
    2 pieces chili, finely chopped
    20 g garlic, finely chopped
    20 g ginger, finely chopped
    100 ml vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
    Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.
    Fry tofu for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
    In a bowl, combine sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, chili, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
    Toss tofu and leeks in the prepared vinaigrette.
