Cordon Bleu Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in a sauce pan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk and cheese and stir until melted.
Pour over cordon bleu and serve.
