1/2 cup sherry wine vinegar or 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
